Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

All photography sessions must be confirmed via email. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Remaining balances are due as agreed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.

Session Duration

Session durations are as listed on our booking page. Additional time beyond the booked package may incur extra charges, agreed upon before the session ends.

Image Delivery & Usage Rights

Edited images are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation. Clients receive a personal-use license unless a commercial license is agreed upon in writing. Lenzio Photography retains copyright to all images and may use select images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any specific requirements before the session. Delays caused by the client may reduce available shooting time without adjustment to pricing.

Liability

Lenzio Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure due to external factors. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.
